     USS Enterprise down.
Fans of the TV series and Movie franchise of Star Trek will be thrilled to see the next installment in the Star Trek franchise. It has been three years since the last movie and now they have come up with their best film yet. It’s captivating and thrilling to watch Star Trek Beyond.
The fantasy/science fiction film brings back all seven main characters from the TV show and from the movie instalments, including Chris Pine as James T. Kirk, captain of the USS Enterprise, Zachary Quinto as Spock, the ambassador and Capt. Kirk’s friend, and Karl Urban as Leonard McCoy, the doctor of the spaceship.
Set three years into its five-year mission, the USS Enterprise arrives at a starbase called Yorktown to resupply, but soon after they’re sent on a rescue mission after an escape pod makes communication and claims that her ship has been attacked within a uncharted nebula. The rescue mission turns into an ambush and the Enterprise is torn apart by a giant swarm of small ships. Krall, the captain, quickly boards the Enterprise and orders his men to capture the crew.
Captain Kirk orders everyone to aboned ship as the Enterprise enters the planet’s atmosphere but now he’s strand with only a few of his crew, but one thing is certain he will fight for his crew’s freedom.
This movie is definitely worth watching because everything about it was great. The actors, the story, the action scenes, and especially the special effects were outstanding. While the film attempts some humor, some of the joke work and some don’t.
The actors did a great job playing their character and showing their emotions and it was amazing how they struggle and keep on fighting. The special effect were the best part of the movie, seeing the explosion and the swarm of ships is what made the movie pass my expectations.
Even though this movie is PG-13 it’s okay for most types of audience, but maybe not couples and little kids. It has some inappropriate words, but that’s about it. I give this movie 4.5 out of 5 stars and I really recommend it.
Star Trek Beyond was released Nov. 1 and is available now.

Doctor Strange is an action film, science fiction film, superhero movie, adventure film, and fantasy film which received a 90 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. The main character Dr. Stephen Strange, is played by actor Benedict Cumberbatch who has been in many movies like Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, 12 Years As a Slave, and Star Trek Into Darkness. Other stars include Tilda Swinton as the Ancient One, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo, and Mads Mikkelsen as Kaecilius.
Doctor Strange starts with a fight scene between two powerful beings that hits the viewer in the face with the twisting building and magical weapons that leaves them breathless. Strange’s story is about an extremely talented and rich doctor that winds up in a car accident that sends him almost flying through the rain, damaging his hands permanently. The injury ends his career as a brain surgeon and he spends all of his money on experimental procedures to restore his hands.
After hearing about a man that was completely paralyzed who miraculously made a full recovery, he starts asking questions. This leads him to Kamar-Taj, a magical sanctuary for sorcery and ends up in the middle of a magical war against evil.
The actors are perfect for their roles, the story is extremely intriguing, and it’s definitely different from other Marvel superhero movies. Mostly because it presents a sorcerer as a superhero.
What I mostly liked is that the movie was almost completely unpredictable with a lot of twist and turns that kept me watching. It also does not fail to show the viewer the perspective, personality, and emotions of the characters, especially Doctor Strange.
This movie is appropriate for most ages, but I wouldn’t recommend it for small children. There are some short graphic scenes like a beheading and multiple deaths. For those reasons the movie is rated PG-13. I personally recomend this movie and rate it a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Trolls is a heartwarming movie about a crazy adventure that Poppy and Branch make together to save all their friends. Poppy, played by Anna Kendrick, is the princess and the most happy and joyful troll of all her subjects. Branch, played by Justin Timberlake, is the opposite of Poppy; he is an overprotective, over-prepared troll. They both set out on an adventure to save all of the other trolls that have been taken by the Bergens that invaded Troll Village, which means they have to put their differences behind them. This movie was based off of the troll dolls that were popular in the 1980s. Trolls was directed by Mike Mitchell and Walt Dohrn.
The Bergens are meat eaters that devour the trolls. They believe that in order to be happy they have to eat trolls. Whereas the trolls believe in singing, dancing, and hugging. In this movie, the trolls escape from the Bergens, only to be rediscovered by them years later.
This movie is worth watching for families and people of all ages; it teaches the lesson to never give up, like how Poppy never gives up even though there is a lot in her way. This film has comedy that will make people of any age laugh. Although this film has many great qualities, such as its special features, it is really short. This film is only an hour and a half, whereas other movies are usually an hour and 45 minutes to two hours. It did seem to be a little rushed, but overall it was a great movie.
I would rate Trolls 4 out of 5 stars. I feel like this movie was very good quality, although I feel like they should have made it a little longer. I recommend this movie to people of all ages that are looking for a good laugh.

The Fundamentals of Caring is about a recently divorced man named Ben, played by Paul Rudd, who decides to become a caregiver. He gets a job interview with a muscular dystro sized teen named Trevor, played by Craig Roberts. Trevor has a dream to see America’s weirdest roadside attractions, and when they set out on this trip they meet many people on the way. For example, they meet a runaway girl named Dot (Selena Gomez), who comes along for the ride.
The movie is a great mixture of funny and sad. It shows the hardship of learning to understand one another in a way they never have before.
This movie is a humorous drama that incorporates so many fun and intense scenes. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes a comedy that involves morals and lesson learning ending. It would also be a good movie for someone to watch that prefers movies that truly represent life. It is a movie that should and hopefully will loved by many people.
In the end review I would give The Fundamentals of Caring an easy 4.5 out of 5 stars. It was a film that represented everything sad and happy in life. It is a very impacted and suburb movie. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a great atmosphere.

This movie is about a group of dangerous inmates who were selected by a U. S. intelligence officer for a top-secret mission. Armed with government weapons, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Killer Croc, and El Diablo must come together and find a way to work as a team and try and save the world from the evil villains trying to take it over.
In my opinion this movie is worth watching. I had to wait two weeks to see the movie and it was definitely worth the wait. The movie had action, comedy, crime, etc. This movie was an entertaining and energetic movie that keeps you guessing and was full of surprises. The movie always had something interesting going on. There was never a boring part in the movie. They made sure you always knew what was going on while keeping it entertaining.
This movie had love, torture, happiness, sadness, and many more emotions. The movie would go from a happy scene to a sad scene immediately. I personally loved the movie, it kept me entertained at all times. You will laugh, smile, and maybe even cry because of the movie. You will be shown love and hatred from the characters. This is a great movie that you should definitely watch as soon as possible.
I believe that teenagers, young adults, and comic book enthusiast would enjoy this movie the most. This movie gets 5 out of 5 stars, and I believe Suicide Squad is a great movie and I absolutely recommend watching the movie as soon as you can.

One lawyer, two American POWs, and one Russian POW; both countries want their men back, but will the bridge collapse?
Steven Spielberg’s Bridge of Spies, released Oct. 21, is set in 1957’s Cold war, and is a historical thriller following Tom Hanks as the lawyer James B. Donovan on his mission to free recently imprisoned U-2 pilot Francis Gary Powers. Prior to this incident, the U.S had captured a Soviet spy who was spared the death sentence due to James Donovan, who was able to convince the court of his usefulness in a hostage trade. Due to this previous incident, the U.S plans to trade their spy for the U-2 pilot. Then things start to get complicated.
Tom Hanks doesn’t let the audience down in his newest role, his acting is on par with his role in both Forrest Gump and Saving Private Ryan, which are both also historical movies. I personally feel that Tom Hanks excels in historical movies. Another part of the movie that increased my enjoyment of it was that it is mostly accurate the the actual event that happened.
The movie is rated PG-13 since there isn’t many adult themes in the movie. It most likely isn’t meant for the average teen due to the fact that it has little to no action. Unless you are into historical films or actionless thrillers you most likely will not enjoy this movie to the fullest.
I would give this movie a 4 bridges out of 5. The historical events and the acting puts this movie on top of most movies of similar design. I don’t feel that it deserves much higher of a score since I personally am not drawn to the legal part of the movie. As I said before I would recommend this movie to anyone looking for a good historical movie or a legal thriller.

Have you not cried lately and have a sudden urge to? Read Me Before You– it’s sure to get you to burst into tears.
In this romance novel written by Jojo Moyes, you’re not only destined to cry, but to laugh out loud with this humorous tragedy. As the novel begins, you’re introduced to a character named Will Traynor, which may seem confusing at first in the prologue. For, it seems he has gotten seriously injured in an accident or possibly even killed. The novel then fast forwards to a young girl by the name of Louisa Clark(Lou). She has just lost her job while her family is in recent poverty. She then takes up a job to take care of the now disabled Will Traynor. This books might sound horribly tragic depressing, but there’s actually quite a bit of humour invested into this book.
The humor isn’t very appropriate for small children or maybe not even older tweens. I would say humor wise, thirteen year-olds and up could read this book. It also changes points of view throughout the novel a few times, but not to the point where it’s too confusing for younger readers.
The book is definitely must-read, especially since the movie is coming out June 2. Based on trailers and other critics, the movie follows a lot of the book, and reading the book first would be helpful to a user.
Fans of authors like John Green (author of The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns) or Gayle Forman (author of If I Stay) would really enjoy this book. It has minor cursing and themes that may be inappropriate for younger kids. Parental permission is probably the best way to go if there was a younger child wondering if they could read this book.
This book is absolutely amazing and would give it a 4.9/5 stars. It gets -.1 because the ending made me tear up quite a bit. Romance lovers and comedy enthusiasts are sure to really like this book just as much as I did.

This movie was most definitely as great as it was advertised.
Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice was an amazing comic-book action movie. Superman, as played by Henry Cavill, was by far the best actor in the movie. Ben Affleck, the man who played the role as Batman, was a good actor, he just wasn’t as in character as Cavill was. Jesse Eisenberg, who played Lex Luther was my least favorite actor in the movie. Don’t get me wrong, he was in character, I just think he was too in character, and overplayed the role. Amy Adams, who played Lois Lane, and Holly Finch, who had played Senator Finch, were both great actors in the movie and stayed in character throughout.
The movie begins after the Kryptonian attack on Metropolis, where destruction was everywhere to be seen. The movie ends up taking place in the near future, with many protesters protesting against an incident with a shootout. This movie was a little confusing to figure out in the beginning. Although, once you do figure it out, it’s pretty easy to follow with the film.
This movie has amazing special effects. It all seems so real, and if you’re looking for more of a rush, watch it in 3D. At no point did I get bored of the movie. There was always something intense going on. So, no falling asleep halfway through the movie because nothing important is happening.
I would definitely recommend this movie to people ranging from children, to young adults. The movie has some adult humor, but it is also action packed, which may leave your children jumping out of their seats for more. If you know someone who likes superhero movies, they would most definitely enjoy this film.
The movie quality was beyond what I expected. Overall, this is an amazing movie. I would rate Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice 4 out of 5 stars, and I would certainly recommend this film to anyone who was interested in seeing it.

This performance was definitely deserving of an Oscar.
The Revenant is a drama-thriller where a frontiersman on a fur trading expedition in the 1820s fights for survival after being mauled by a bear and left for dead by members of his own hunting team. Grief-stricken and fueled by vengeance, the legendary fur trapper treks through the snowy terrain to track down the man who betrayed him.
The film features Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, and Forrest Goodluck as some of the main characters. The special effects are very high tech. They make you feel as if you are is in the movie yourself. The special effects team created the most amazing and realistic grizzly bear. The actors did such a great job, especially DiCaprio, considering he got his first ever Oscar for his performance in this movie. The actors suffered through this movie, and you can feel their pain as you watch them struggle through their trials.
This film is rated R for strong frontier combat and violence including some gory images and language. So this movie is more geared toward adults or older teenagers. The overall quality of this movie was just amazing. I give this movie a five out of five stars and I definitely recommend this film.

Deadpool may not be your average superhero, and it definitely isn’t just an average movie.
Deadpool is an action packed, sci-fi, comedy that rocked theatres. The movie is about former Special Forces operative, Wade Wilson, who now works as a mercenary. Until he gets terrible news, when he’s diagnosed with cancer. His life seems to be crashing down, until he is offered an opportunity to participate in a supposedly helpful experiment. The scientist, Ajax, actually disfigures and transforms Wade, into Deadpool. After the rogue experiment, Deadpool is left with a twisted sense of humor and extreme healing abilities. He goes on a hunt for Ajax, seeking his his revenge. Teaming up with Colossus and Teenage Negasonic Warhead, they attempt to track down Ajax and save Vanessa, Wilson’s girlfriend.
Ryan Reynolds does a superb job of portraying Deadpool, in his full, twisted glory. Morena Baccarin plays Vanessa, amazingly, and Brianna Hildebrand does a good job of bringing Teenage Negasonic Warhead to life. Ajax is played by Ed Skrein, who makes you love to hate his character.
The movie is completely worth watching, and the acting was wonderful on all parts. The storyline was very well explained and got the audience to feel for the characters and relate. There were few to no plot holes. The jokes were hilarious, much of the humor was rather adult, however. This movie had excellent special effects that were very realistic and believable.
This is a movie to be enjoyed by teenagers and adults, but more so by comic book fans, or fans of superhero movies. Overall, the movie was amazing, and I would recommend it to most people. Deadpool is completely worthy of a four-out-of-five-star rating.
